Work Smarter Not Harder
For the individual, time management is a top contender for the greatest challenge when facing the days of our lives. So, should the first priority be to get our priorities in order.
But, how can we trust 'the priorities we order' if environmental toxins, for instance, including heavy metals have stunted the neuronal growth of our brains. To get a gander of how metals are making a us 'dumb & dumber', visit the Association of Holistic Dentistry for a short video clip of how the mercury vapor released from dental amalgams while chewing our food deposits metals in the brain and other fatty tissues of the body.
If our bodies are not drained of toxic burdens, not only the years of accumulated physical toxins but also the layers of emotional trauma, then the decisions made about the futures of ourselves, our bodies, our environments are compromised.
Just imagine what being with our emotions would be like without the altered state of mind produced by alcohol, cigarettes, recreational drugs and/or pollution as well as the passive aggressive manipulations and emotional abandonment of alcoholic parenting or other of the many molestations of childhood development.
Who are we without the distortion?
Bottomline, makes sense to clean house first then become 'The Decider'.
