Volunteers needed to create display and staff THC table at GreenFest

Many thanks to Ted for doing the paperwork to get us a table at GreenFest!! 

So now we need to schedule a meeting in the next couple weeks to start designing/creating the display and associated information.  Here are some potential dates for the display meeting (all at 7pm at my house): 2/22, 2/23, 2/24, 2/29, 3/1, 3/2.  Please reply with your availability to meet.  Also reply if you are able to help staff the table on April 14th.

Attached is an example that I did for the Energy portion of the display.  Depending on the picture we may sometimes want to have the words to the right or left of the picture.  Since this one is a panoramic picture, it lent itself more to this layout.

I haven't heard back from my CSA yet about a picture so in the meantime I have put a picture of the aquaponics system in for food.  I have drafted the piece for outreach but I am open to suggestions and other pictures.  I have the pictures of the Baltimore local currency (BNote) and so will work on that one tomorrow.

Does anyone have pictures for Health, Knowledge, and Heart & Soul?

To shift the topic slightly, I am in the process of finishing up editing the hand out that we looked at last Friday night.  One thing I've done is add some additional Transition Area Initiatives to the bottom of the Front (also made the font larger).  My question is, for the "Heart and Soul" area, does anyone have any ideas for phrases that could be used to illustrate this?  I confess I don't know where the "Heart and Soul" thing came from, or what it is supposed to mean.

A second question.  Should I include something like "Contact us at transitionhoco@gmail.com" somewhere?  I was thinking right at the top of the first page, in a smaller font than "Transition Howard County".  Comments?

I can help staff the table....I will be staffing for CCIHC from 11-1....but I could stay longer (or possibly come earlier)...
