The Public Banking Conference in Philly is being WEBCAST today and Tomorrow ,  Public Banking is about reclaiming the commons and relocalization.  A bit wonky but fascinating and important!  

The Maryland Public  Banking Bill did not pass this session.  We must try again in Jan 2013. But the Lend Local Bill did pass.
