Looking for articles on Transition

We are planning a "Coffee and Conversation" on Transition at Betsy's house on Saturday March 3rd at 10am.  So this is a call for articles and video clips.  If you know of any good articles/videos on transition, please post them here.  For our "Coffee and Conversation" we will probably lean towards shorter articles/videos, but we also want to have a page of good resources.  So don't limit yourself to just short ones.

And mark your calendar for March 3rd!

Margo, I was not able to download it.  Appeared as a ZIP file, with nothing inside recognizable.  Can you try a different way?  (When Ted posted his DOC I was able to access it).

I am guessing the problem is that the file was a .docx.

Yup, it worked this time.  I usually don't have problems with docx, but this time I did.  NING turned it into a ZIP.  Thanks for re-posting it.  LORE
