We mark our first anniversary with an extended planning session facilitated by Heather Berthoud of Berthoud/Greene Consultants.
We will attempt to arrive at:
-A foundation for sound decisions through understanding environmental
trends and organizational capacities.
-A clear direction for the organization; concrete, focused action
plans; and increased cohesion—all leading to better results.
-Clarity regarding the organization’s unique niche—what sets it apart
from the competition.
-Plans that will be used because implications have been thought
through and action steps identified.
-A planning process that fits the organization and promotes commitment by engaging key stakeholders.
Please make every effort to attend this important milestone in our short history and help give shape to our future as an organization and to our impact on sustainability in DC.
Bring a vegetarian dish, dessert or drinks to share for our potluck lunch. Contributions of compostable service ware and trash bags needed.
RSVP ecolocitydc@gmail.com so we know what you're bringing.
