Event Description
We'll introduce the Transition model to newcomers, assess where we are in the 12 Step process and determine the next moves. We'll also discuss hosting Transition Training in 2009 and networking with existing, emerging and planned Transition initiatives. We'll also get updates on our outreach to Bethesda, Brookland and Brunswick.
Bring a friend, anyone who is open to taking action and shaping the future which may not be all gloom and doom, if we make the right choices.

I think the Transition Model needs a step in there somewhere for recovering from "bad, dysfunctional communities". Seriously, I need to beat drums or something with others so we can all unwind and feel more solid and cohesive during this journey. Actually, I play the keyboard (novice).
